Having been chosen as one of 15 Torontos finest Builder/Project Managers we were interviewed by the family and the Architects at Kirkor Architects as a possible candidate to construct this state-of-the-art home in a prestigious neighborhood in North Toronto. After vetting all 15 builders and project managers we were awarded this project.
This home began as a 2,800 square foot 3 bedroom bungalow. After demolishing 9/10ths of the home, constructing an addition at the rear of the home, the new structure emerged as a 3,700 square foot 1(+1) bedroom bungalow. The home now featured a massive 14 foot high vaulted ceiling in the main foyer, walkout to the backyard from the basement and a fully functional outdoor kitchen.
The home was outfitted with kitchen cabinetry created by the world famous Neff Kitchens Company. The theatre room in the basement I designed based on a concept employed in the finest recording studios in the world and sounds as perfect as it looks. The heating and coolong system employed, ensured that 100% of the air in the home was exchanged with fresh, HEPA & Charcoal Filtered pure clean air, every 3 hours.
Heather Segreti of Segreti Design was brilliant as the interior designer and Dolce Magazine featured this project in one of their issues. As well this home was featured in Spectacular Homes of Toronto.
